ABSTRACTLevel of oral health very affected by level bacteria colonies in saliva. One disease which can happen because development caries is tooth caries. Isotonic drinks (soft drink) and other soft drink have an a effect health. Carbonated drink), lactate, isotonic same acidity. Point this research to know how different number saliva children who had don`t after cosuming drinks.This the pseudo eksperiment (quasi experiment). Design Pre Post test with Control Group Design. Subject taken from student at V class Elementary School 41 North Pontianak that non subject some criteria. Static analysis do used t-test.Number consume obtained p value 0,05 meaning significant between two group. This mean comparison comsume group as much 155,30 cfu treatment 232,20 cfu.
